Client Services Associate

What You Will Do:

Client Service Associates work closely with our clients and are dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers. After learning the products and gaining experience, Client Service Associates are promoted into the Client Relationship Manager role where they will continue to gain knowledge and responsibility. In Client Services, you will:

●      Focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service

●      Work closely with clients and developers to manage short and long-term projects

●      Coordinate with client IT teams to support and troubleshoot product installations

●      Train users on how to integrate our software products into their daily workflow

●      Work alongside the sales team to support system implementation for new clients

●      Occasionally travel to financial centers throughout the US

What You Will Need:

●      Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, STEM, or related fields

●      Strong written and oral communication skills

●      Exemplary interpersonal skills

●      Willingness to learn the complex municipal and corporate bond market

●      Ability to manage projects and coordinate between internal and external teams

 

What Will Help You:

●      Coursework or experience in the financial industry

●      Advanced Microsoft Excel experience

●      Strong analytical skills

●      Database and programming exposure
